 GOD IS TRAINING US TO HAVE FAITH
Training is used for many purposes:
airline pilot training, beautician training, legal assistant training, midwife training,
truck driver's training, etc.
In order to go to Heaven we must go
through God's training program while we are still in the world. His program takes our
lifetime to complete. Each child of God has their own program He has designed for them
specifically and no one else. Each life experience (parents, relatives, occupation,
friends, financial status, illnesses, education, tragedies, or social activities) is
allowed by God in order for us to develop faith.
As we begin to experience
appearances of needs in our lives (which God has allowed us to have) we begin to call out
to Him for help. We pray to God to answer our prayers (Lord, Help me make good grades;
Lord, Help me find the right job; Lord, Help me find the right spouse; Lord, Help me live
to see my children grown and living successfully on their own; and intercessory prayer for
others). When God answers these prayers it causes us to have more faith in Him. The more
prayers are answered; the more faith we will have.
Put your mustard seed sized faith
to work. In no time you'll have the biggest garden around. Others will want to know how
you did it.
Matthew 9:29 - Then Jesus touched
their eyes and said, 'Because you believe I can make you see again, it will happen."
Prayer: Dear Father give me the
confidence, assurance, trust and faith of Jesus. Amen
