 THINK OF SPIRITUAL AND CELESTIAL THINGS
The world is concerned with
physical things such as: Am I too fat? Is my hair too gray? Am I too short or tall?. The
world is a rat race; fighting for money, possessions, and physical "things". It
is written: "Love not the world nor the things of the world."
When you are spiritually minded
none of the above-mentioned things matters. You only dwell on Truth and the Spirit of the
"inner man." Let's use Jesus as our example. If we listen carefully to our
Spirit, it will show us all the things with which we need to be concerned.
In order to go to heaven we must be
spiritually minded. We take only our "inner man" or spirit and soul with us. All
worldly things remain in the world.
There is a saying: If you are
Heavenly minded, you're no earthly good. If you're earthly minded, you're no Heavenly
good. Don't get attached to the "things" of the world.
Psalm 48:9 - God, we come into Your
Temple to think about Your Love.
Philippians 2:5 - In your lives you
must think and act like Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:8 - Brothers and
sisters, think about the things that are good and worthy of praise. Think about the things
that are true and honorable and right and pure and beautiful and respected.
Prayer: Dear Father fill my
thoughts with Thy Wonderfulness. Amen
